Nick Marino Jr. is a recognized leader in corporate social responsibility, social impact, and nonprofit innovation. With an unwavering passion for creating meaningful change, Nick has dedicated his life to building movements and initiatives that empower individuals and communities to thrive.

Currently, Nick serves as the Director of the Center for Business Impact at the Communities Foundation of Texas, where he mobilizes businesses to give back, create lasting impact, and engage employees in empowering thriving communities. He is also the Volunteer Executive Director of Tango Charities, where he leads efforts to provide over 750,000 meals annually through initiatives like Feed The City. Under his leadership, Tango Charities has fed over 7 million people globally, hosted more than 1,500 events, and engaged over 96,000 volunteers across five countries. Nick’s entrepreneurial spirit shines through his co-founding of Revolving Mind Media, a marketing agency partnering with professional athletes, startups, and national brands. Currently, Revolving Mind Media is building a platform to support athletes’ mental health, financial literacy, and job security. He is also a founding member of Curis Functional Health, a functional healthcare network with nearly 60 locations, where he remains an equity holder and partner. Through Revolving Mind Investments, Nick has contributed to successful ventures like POWERHANDZ, The Catch Seafood Restaurant, iCRYO, and Waterloo. His company That’s Just Good creates cause-driven team-building events for companies such as AT&T, Walmart, Dell, Hilton, and Intuit.

Nick’s creative endeavors include hosting the That’s Just Good Podcast, where he interviews changemakers from around the world, and authoring his first children’s book, Nico Makes A Difference, which inspires young readers to make a positive impact. Recognized as a Top Texan Under 30 and recipient of the 2024 AMA Marketing Maverick Award, Nick was also honored with the NCAA Legends and Legacy Community Award in 2023. Raised in Garland, TX, with a mix of Northeastern and Southern influences, Nick credits his parents for instilling in him values of kindness and generosity. He lives in Plano, TX, with his wife, Amber, and their daughter, Aria, born in October 2024. A passionate Yankees fan and family man, Nick is driven by three principles: "LIVE WITH PURPOSE," "be better than yesterday," and "think as if there is no box at all."
